Gill Kelly and Dawn Rolph are proud to announce they have recently opened a brand new state of the art swim training facility in Rochford. Tri ‘N’ Swim W.E.L.L. is located just off Rochford square, in Essex, and features an Endless Pool.

THURS 13:00- 15:30 THEN 18.30 – 20:00
FRI 12:00- 15:30
SAT 11:30 – 16:00

These are our set opening hours during school term time. We are at the pool at various other times between Mon – Saturday, but this changes on a daily basis depending on our swim coaching bookings. If you are looking for something in particular give us a call and we will try to see you at a time suitable for you. If you wish to try a wetsuit out in the pool a session wil need to be booked. Please call first for our opening hours during school holidays.

Private Coaching Hours

Cancellation policy

All private lessons must be be paid for in full in advance at the time of booking. If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more in advance, the full amount will be carried forward to any future lesson that is booked.

Cancellations less than 7 days before the booking will be subject to a minimum 50% cancellation fee.

Bookings cancelled 24 hours before the session will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
