Gill Kelly and Dawn Rolph are proud to announce they have recently opened a brand new state of the art swim training facility in Rochford. Tri 'N' Swim W.E.L.L. is located just off Rochford square, in Essex, and features an Endless Pool.

Please note that an appointment is required for all Fitting Sessions and Try Before You Buy on wetsuits and swimskins.

Dawn Rolph is a certified Total Immersion swimming coach, ASA qualified swimming instructor and triathlete.

These are our set opening hours during school term time. We are at the pool at various other times between Mon - Saturday, but this changes on a daily basis depending on our swim coaching bookings. If you are looking for something in particular give us a call and we will try to see you at a time suitable for you. If you wish to try a wetsuit out in the pool a session wil need to be booked.
