We are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don’t fit, if you’ve ordered the wrong thing or if you simply don’t like what you have ordered.
Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt on a signed for postage or courier service and must be in their original packaging, unused and in pristine condition (wetsuits and clothing must have their tags attached).
A copy of the delivery invoice must be enclosed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed. Items may also be returned directly to our store providing you bring your receipt and do so within the 14 day period. If convenient this is sometimes the best option as it allows you to look at alternative products or try different sizes.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
Please contact us if you have received a faulty or incorrect item, quoting your order reference and nature of the fault.
We will contact you to provide a returns authorisation number and arrange for the collection and redelivery of the item(s) in question. We will issue a prepaid postage label which must be attached to the parcel and taken to the nearest my hermes parcel shop .
Please note we cannot refund the cost of postage if you choose not to use this service.
It is your responsibility to ensure items are adequately packaged.
Please not that returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.
Our HUUB wetsuits have a 1 or 2 year warranty. If a fault develops with any product during the manufacturers warranty period we will happily deal with this on your behalf. This may result in the exchange or repair of the item in accordance with the manufacturers or distributors standard procedures. In some cases warranty is handled directly by the manufacture or distributor.
