We are delighted that our daughters have followed in our footsteps and competed in their first relay triathlon at the age of 10 in aid of Bosom Pals. They hope to raise over £200 in sponsor money for this very worthy cause.

Lucy swam 140 m, Emily rode 2km and their friend Shannon Newman was drafted in for the 1.2km run.

Well done girls- proud of you!
