Payments
All payments are to be by cash, cheque made payable to Tri n Swim W.E.L.L or credit/debit card.(American express not accepted).
All sessions must be paid for in full and in advance.
For lesson packages a deposit of £50 is required in advance with the full outstanding balance being paid on the day of your first lesson.
Cancellations & Booking Policy:
All deposits and lesson fees are non refundable. If an alternative booking is made we will charge a £15 cancellation fee.
Swim school fees are payable termly in advance. No refunds can be given unless in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the management.
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to unforseen illness or pool closure in which case a refund will be given or an alternative session offered.
Pool Usage
In order to maintain water quality and clarity (essential for camera analysis), we have to insist that all patrons shower before entering the pool to remove any skin products that could affect the balance of the pool water.
Swim hats must be worn at all times.
Verruccas should be covered with a barrier treatment such as bazuka or a swim sock to stop the spread of infection.
